OASIS NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
Apparently there is a need to clarify a few things about Neighborhood Watch.
If you walk on the street in the evening at dusk or later, please do not wear black. Choose a bright color, and carry a flashlight and your cell phone. If a car is coming near, blink the flashlight to alert the driver of you presence. The phone is in case of emergency. Drivers, be on the alert for the evening walkers.
PLEASE SHUT THE WALKERS GATES WHEN LEAVING FROM MENIFEE ROAD. You will be protecting your own house as well as others.
NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAM
WE ARE MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ORGANIZATION WHICH SUPPORTS OUR LOCAL SHERIFF. OUR MISSION IS TO REDUCE CRIME BY REMOVING THE OPPORTUNITY THROUGH PREVENTION METHODS.
OUR BLOCK CAPTAINS SHARE THESE TECHNIQUES WITH THEIR NEIGHBORS AND KEEP A SPECIAL LOOKOUT ON OUR NEIGHBORS HOMES. BLOCK CAPTAINS KNOW WHO BELONGS HERE AND WHO DOESN'T. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH BLOCK CAPTAINS ARE A VITAL LINK IN THE CHAIN OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SHERIFF' AND THE OASIS RESIDENTS. WE ARE NEIGHBORS TAKING CARE OF EACH OTHER.
