Monthly Costs Below is the pricing info for our different package options. Note that our base prices have never increased and we do not anticipate raising those prices in the near future.
home-owners-assoc.com is committed to being the low cost alternative to expensive custom HOA web sites. Our product is neither software nor service, but a tool to facilitate site creation, maintenance, and association management. For $31/month, here is what our basic package provides:
- Hosting of one member defined HOA web site area on home-owners-assoc.com server
- DNS service for one domain name of the client’s choosing (subject to availability)
- Implementation and setup support
- Access to basic proprietary software control panel functions including status, general tools and settings, users, homes, look-n-feel, pages, pictures and publish
- Generous monthly content hosting limits including uploaded files (50Mbytes)
- Access to proprietary software core feature functions including events, association government, documents, mailing lists, record keeping, owner/resident directory, classifieds, service directory, user authentication and online surveys
- Access to on-line payments feature, but see additional costs below
- 10 “passthrough” email accounts including initial setup

While the basic package is more than enough functionality to support an HOA with thousands of members, we offer an extended service for $41/month. In addition to all the benefits of our basic service, the extended package offers the following:
- Message boards
- Enhanced online voting
- Extended hosting limit of 50Mbytes (total of 100Mbytes)
- 10 POP3 mailboxes
- Request forms
- Facility calendars
- Access to credit card payments, but see additional costs below
Finally, don't forget the potential credits for advertising. Our service offers the basic tools to support significant advertising and site sponsorship income. |

Additional Services
Using a company called ACH Direct, Nord Enterprises is happy to provide electronic dues payment. Your configuration can be for eCheck/ACH, credit card, or both. Our vendor offers extremely low transaction costs as follows:
- Per transaction charge = 24 cents ($.24)
- Credit card discount rate = 2.23%
- Monthly account maintenance for eCheck/ACH (includes statement)= $14.95
- Monthly account maintenance for credit card = $10.00
- Monthly account maintenance for credit card and eCheck/ACH = $24.95
There is absolutely no charge to 'web enable' the electronic settlement feature. All fees will be deducted from your remittances by ACH Direct.
We are excited that initial response to this new (released in late 2005) functionality has been so good that our pricing has been reduced. |

While we have done everything possible to make our toolset easy for community volunteers to build a terrifc HOA web site, we realize that not all HOAs have access to a complete range of technical services (or the interest in committing the time). We can assist with many tasks through our Content Maintenance Service:
- scanning pictures or documents and converting to electronic format
- creating electronic forms for change requests (most associations seem to require that request forms be printed, filled out, and mailed in with additional supporting documentation)
- complex page content creation
- additional training for site admins
- general content administration at low contract rates
If you happen to be in area where we have representatives available, we can even come out with a digital camera and take pictures for use on your homeowners association web site.
