Our neighborhood of 245 homes is a pool and tennis community nestled northeast of Atlanta near the wonderful cities of Suwanee and Sugar Hill Georgia.  Settles Bridge park, the Chattahoochie river and Lake Sidney Lanier are nearby for recreation.  We are also within the Riverside Elementary, North Gwinnett Middle and High School districts for our childrens academic needs.  Deer Valley is managed by a mandatory homeowners association for benefit of its residents and maintaining our shared neighborhood amenities.
